Albert Knapp & Associates in Redondo Beach, CA, is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support our clients with autism and related conditions. You will work with BCBA supervisors to implement individualized programs across home, school, and community settings.

This role offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team dedicated to helping families progress. A training bonus of $250 is available for onboarding within two weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT or BCAT within 6 months of hire.
• Ability to work with clients of varying ages and abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans in home, school, and community locations.
• Collect data on client progress and behavior.

Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate BTs to join our dynamic team! As an BT, you'll work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts to implement individualized programs for our clients. We use a two-tier model so you will see your BCBA supervisor weekly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavior intervention plans in a variety of settings, including home, school, and community locations


• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior


• Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans


• Providing a supportive and engaging environment for clients to thrive


• Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices

Requirements:
