Job summary

Albert Knapp & Associates in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support individualized ABA programs for children and teens. You'll work with BCBA supervisors weekly in a two-tier model and help implement plans across home, school, and community settings.

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll play a vital role in our team, supporting our mission to empower families and individuals through evidence-based compassionate play based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Job Summary:

We're seeking dedicated and compassionate BTs to join our dynamic team! As an BT, you'll work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts to implement individualized programs for our clients. We use a two-tier model so you will see your BCBA supervisor weekly. Your responsibilities will include:
