Job Details

Position: Behavior Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians

Location: Various locations including Matthews, Midtown Charlotte, Pineville, Huntersville, Concord, NC

Employment Type: Full-time

Seniority Level: Entry level

Pay Range: $18.00/hr - $30.00/hr (with specific rates depending on the role)

Responsibilities
  • Work 1:1 with patients in home, school, and community settings
  • Implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBA direction and prepare program materials
  • Collect and maintain accurate data and clinical notes
  • Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings
  • Communicate with BCBA, colleagues, and families regarding progress and updates
  • Maintain certification and adhere to ethical and privacy standards
  • Adhere to policies regarding time, attendance, and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Must have RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • High School Diploma required; relevant college coursework preferred
  • Experience with children and Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
