Job Details

We are seeking Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team at Headway ABA.

Responsibilities
  1. Work 1:1 with patients in various settings such as home, school, and community.
  2. Implement treatment plans with fidelity under BCBAs' guidance and prepare program materials across domains like toilet training, communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  3. Maintain accurate data and clinical notes using data collection software.
  4. Review and implement recommendations from consultation and supervision notes.
  5. Participate in ongoing training, evaluations, and meetings.
  6. Communicate effectively with BCBAs, colleagues, and families regarding progress and concerns.
  7. Track supervision hours and renew RBT certification annually as required.
  8. Adhere to ethical standards, HIPAA policies, and company policies.
  9. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to ensure consistent patient care.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Must have RBT certification or be willing to obtain it within 60 days of hire.
  • High School Diploma required; relevant college coursework preferred.
  • Interest in working with children, especially those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record with proof of insurance.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Hourly rate: $18.00 - $25.00
