As a BT, you’ll work one‑on‑one with children on the autism spectrum, using play‑based activities and science‑backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life‑changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.

Who We’re Looking For

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
