Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA’s supervision and help collect session data to monitor progress.

Weekday and weekend availability, ongoing staff training, and access to experienced clinicians are offered. Candidates should have at least 1 year of ABA experience and a BA in a related field or be pursuing relevant education.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or actively pursuing related education.
• Strong communication and data-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regularly communicate with supervisory BCBA and team.
• Operate under BCBA supervision in clients' homes.
• Maintain accurate session data and progress notes.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
