Job summary

Applied ABC seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in children’s homes under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and maintain open communication with supervisors.

The role requires at least 1 year of ABA experience, a BA or current pursuit in a related field, and availability on both weekdays and weekends to support family-centered care.

Qualifications

  • 1 year minimum ABA experience required.
  • Ability to implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Comfort with collecting and recording therapy data.

Responsibilities

  • Implement one-to-one ABA intervention plans in the home.
  • Collect and document therapy session data.
  • Participate in ongoing ABA training and supervision.
  • Communicate with supervisory staff and BCBA supervisor.
  • Weekday and weekend availability.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
