Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism in their homes or community locations in Dighton, KS. No prior ABA experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided, and candidates should be willing to commit for at least 6 months.

You will support evidence-based interventions, collect session data, and collaborate with families and the supervising BCBA to promote positive behavior and independence.

Responsibilities
