Job summary

BK Behavior in Overland Park, KS is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians to work with children and adolescents with autism. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, record data, and collaborate with families and BCBA Supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.

No ABA experience? Paid training is provided; 6-month commitment requested. Flexible afternoon/evening hours available, with opportunities for advancement in the thriving ABA field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

Need To Know

• Required to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
