Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time positions serving clients in their homes and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and accurately record session data using tablets or apps.

Flexible hours and competitive pay accompany a supportive clinical team. Even without prior RBT experience, paid training is offered, with opportunities for career advancement within our growing ABA

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team and communicate with families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.

Need to Know:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
