Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children with Autism achieve their goals under the supervision of a clinical team.

We offer same-day pay, flexible hours, and part-time opportunities with pathways for professional advancement, including BCBA schooling partnerships and internships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
