Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians across Massachusetts as part of a paid pathway to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Training, mentorship, and full certification support are provided, with opportunities for rapid advancement and immediate pay upon certification.

Responsibilities include working one-on-one with children in homes or schools, implementing ABA programs, and helping kids build essential communication, social, independence, and emotional skills in

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children and families.
• Hardworking, dependable and coachable.
• Willing to learn and complete certification requirements.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Able to pass a background check and have a high school diploma (or higher).
• Have reliable transportation for in-home or school-based sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children (ages 1-18) diagnosed with autism in homes or schools.
• Implement behavior and learning programs designed by BCBA supervision.
• Help children build communication, social, independence, and emotional regulation skills.
• Work in home, school, and community settings across Massachusetts with clinical team support.
