Behavior Health Technician Supervisor assists the counselors/therapeutic/Nursing staff by providing clinical support to adults or children who are receiving substance abuse, mental health services or co-occurring disorders in residential programs, inpatient settings, day/evening programs, outpatient programs and/or community-based programs. This position serves as a role model, mentor, and/or assistant trainer to other Behavior Health Technicians.
Base pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.75 an hour based on experience. Shift differential pay is $2.00–$4.00 per hour if applicable.
