Job summary

Behavioral Framework NC LLC in Greenville, NC is seeking staff to provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA-guided plans. You will implement behavior interventions, collect daily data, and document progress for each client, while maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma, experience with children, and RBT certification in good standing preferred. A mobile device is required, and the role may involve lifting and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following BCBA-designed protocols.

• Write objective session notes in line with regulatory standards.
• Communicate progress with BCBA, parents, and caregivers and assist with caregiver training.
• Follow all procedures, safety, HIPAA, and confidentiality requirements.
