Kind Behavioral Health is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team in Southeast Raleigh. We offer services in our clinic located at 2802 New Birch Dr., Suite 100 and surrounding areas. This role provides a unique opportunity to train with top Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Job Summary: Our RBTs work one-on-one with children to implement goals set by BCBAs, helping children acquire new skills through engaging, science-based teaching procedures. Responsibilities include providing feedback, collecting data, and supporting each child's individualized program.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism or intellectual disabilities
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
  • Availability to work part-time, Monday-Friday, between 8am-7pm
  • Willingness to commute within 30 minutes of client locations
  • Motivation to become an RBT within 90 days
  • Ability to assist with toilet training and physical activities
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and respond quickly to client movements
