Job summary

Elevated Behavioral Therapy Services in Santa Clarita, CA seeks compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism and related developmental delays. You will deliver 1:1 interventions, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA-level staff.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible hours, and opportunities to progress toward RBT certification while gaining hands-on experience in home, school, or community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Commitment to learn and become certified as an RBT.
• Reliable transportation with active auto insurance and clean driving record.
• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Ability to pass TB test or clearance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to collect data using company provided iPad.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 evidence-based interventions and skill-building for young children in home, school, or community settings.
• Manage challenging behaviors by following written behavior intervention plans.
• Document session notes using iPads and summarize progress.
• Take data on targeted skills and behaviors to track progress.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
