What your day at A.G.E.S as a Behavior Technician will look like:
  1. Implementation of Behavior Plans: Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA or licensed professional to address challenging behaviors. Teach communication, social, adaptive, and independent living skills based on individualized treatment plans.
  2. Direct Client Interaction: Work directly with clients in one-on-one therapy sessions to teach and reinforce targeted skills and behaviors. Apply crisis intervention strategies when necessary to ensure safety.
  3. Data Collection and Behavior Analysis: Record and track behavioral data accurately to analyze progress, identify trends, and adjust intervention strategies accordingly.
  4. Collaborative Support: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including BCBA, therapists, educators, and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of support plans across environments.
  5. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on best practices, interventions, and regulations in the field.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $27

  • $500 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience in ABA or childcare preferred
  • TB Test and Background Check clearance required
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Interest in human behavior science and ABA principles
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for individuals with special needs
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with co-workers and clients
  • Commitment to ethical ABA interventions aligned with A.G.E.S Learning Solutions’ mission and vision
