Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Smithfield, NC is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Join a supportive team helping children with autism build communication, play, and life skills in their natural environment.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician (RBT): As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active.

You will:

• Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success
• Stay physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.
