Job summary

Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision and assist in data collection to support meaningful progress.

The role emphasizes hands-on service delivery, teamwork with the supervising clinical staff, and opportunities for growth in ABA and behavioral health through consistent supervision and feedback.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician
• At least 18 years of age
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback

Responsibilities

• Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team
