Job summary

Circle Care Services in Sayreville, NJ is hiring an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. This hands-on role involves implementing ABA therapy programs and supporting meaningful progress under BCBA supervision.

As the RBT you will collect session data, follow behavior intervention protocols, and help build skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Well-organized, flexible and receptive to feedback.

Pay: $20 - $30 / hour

Job Summary

As an RBT, you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. This role is a hands-on behavior technician position where you will implement aba therapy programs and help support meaningful progress.
