Job summary

Sunflower Development Center in Raynham is looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA services. Join our team for center-based, home-based, and community services.

We offer consistent schedules, supportive supervision, and ongoing training. Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma and strong communication skills, with a preference for RBT certification.

This role involves implementing treatment plans and working collaboratively in a positive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation for home and community sessions.
• Applicants must be 21 years or older.
