Children’s Specialized ABA in North Brunswick, NJ is seeking a part-time RBT to provide one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD in home or clinic settings. You will work with a BCBA and care team to deliver high-quality care, track progress, and support families.

Paid training, exam coverage, weekly supervision, CEUs, and growth opportunities are offered. Schedule is 5:00PM–7:00PM, roughly 10 hours weekly, with competitive hourly pay and bilingual pay options.

Formación

• Minimum age 18 years.

Join Us as a Part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 5:00PM-7:00PM

As an RBT, you’ll provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. You’ll work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative care team to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions in‑home or clinic‑based
• Implement behavior acquisition and reduction plans
• Use electronic tools such as CentralReach to conduct preference assessments and track data.
• Collaborate in clinical meetings and receive ongoing feedback and supervision
• Maintain program books and develop teaching materials
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers
• Provide basic care (e.g., toileting, eating) as needed

What You'll Need

• Minimum age: 18 years
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required — if you’re positive, motivated, and eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
• Prior experience working with children—ASD experience strongly preferred
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule
• Physically able to perform job duties (e.g., kneeling, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., moving with children)

Work Location

This position will provide services in a clinical setting at our North Brunswick, NJ clinic. The role involves working on‑site as part of a collaborative team, with access to supervision, peer support, and clinic‑based resources in a structured environment.

Shift Hours

We are seeking candidates who are available during the 5:00PM-7:00PM time block, 5 days per week. This role is expected to offer roughly 10 hours per week.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $20–$27 per hour. Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
