Job summary

BrightBridge ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans developed by BC BAs and supporting each client’s goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data as directed.
• Physical ability to work with young children (sitting, standing, lifting, movement).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client locations is required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).
• Bi-Lingual - Spanish speaker

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification through theBehavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)(or willingness to complete RBT certification within the first 90 days of employment if required by state law).
• Prior experience working with children, especially in ABA therapy or special education.
• Bilingual abilities (a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in data collection.
• Interest in a long‑term career in behavioral health, with aspirations to pursue further ABA certifications.
