Job summary

Helping Hands Family seeks compassionate RBTs to provide one-on-one care for children with autism in clinics, home, and community settings. You will teach daily living and social skills using evidence-based methods and reinforce progress under the direction of a BCBA.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with the team, and delivering structured therapy sessions. A high school diploma is required, with higher education preferred, plus training and exam for the RBT within 90

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor in human services preferred.
• Comfort working with children.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (walking, running, lifting up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families.
• Reliable transportation; willingness to complete RBT training and pass exam within 90 days.

What You'll Be Doing

We're Looking for Someone With

• A high school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree in a human services area preferred).
• Comfort working with children.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, running, and lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients’ families.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to complete company-provided RBT training and pass the RBT exam within 90 days of hire.
