Job summary

Applied ABC is a clinician-owned ABA therapy agency providing both in-home and center therapy for children with autism. We collaborate with families to deliver customized ABA programs, data-driven progress, and compassionate care.

A Behavior Technician works under the supervision of a BCBA, delivering one-to-one interventions in clients\' homes, collecting session data, and communicating with supervisors. Availability on weekdays and weekends supports flexible scheduling and growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Sessions occur at the client’s home under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.

What We're Looking For

A Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.

About The Position

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Weekday and weekend availability
• Collect therapy session data

Location

Sessions will be conducted at the client's home.

Schedule

Various (During the school year, it will most likely be in the afternoons and on weekends—Saturdays or Sundays)
