Job summary

Amaze ABA Therapy is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, teaching communication and daily living skills, and collecting accurate session data while collaborating with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must complete the required RBT training and obtain RBT certification within 120 days of hire.
• Experience working with children preferred; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Consistent and professional availability.
• Dependable, compassionate, and eager to learn.
• Passion for helping children learn and develop meaningful skills.

Responsibilities
