Job summary

United Care ABA-Colorado is seeking Youth Aides, DSPs, paraprofessionals, and others to join as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Colorado. The role emphasizes helping children grow and thrive through structured support, with training provided to become an RBT.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in schools, after-school programs, camps, daycare, or similar settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and attention to detail; able to follow through on tasks.
• Willingness to pursue RBT certification with company support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with behavior support and daily activities for children.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervising BCBA/BCaBA to implement plans.
