Job description

Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA Therapist or Special Education Teacher

Location: Tracy, CA

Private ABA Program in Tracy, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or Special Education Teacher to provide in-home services to a delightful and energetic teen boy diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The team includes qualified professionals such as BCBA, Speech Therapist, and Occupational Therapist, working together to deliver high-quality services.

We seek energetic, eager to learn, and passionate individuals who enjoy working with individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include 1:1 academic support (math, reading, spelling, art, P.E.), ABA programs (positive reinforcement, data collection, behavior reduction), occupational therapy (sensory diet), and more. The environment is well-equipped and training will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred (in psychology, education, social work, or related fields)
  • At least one year of experience working with individuals with disabilities, especially Autism Spectrum Disorders, in settings such as ABA schools, day programs, or residential facilities
  • Must be vaccinated, up-to-date with boosters, and willing to wear an N95 mask at all times (provided)
  • Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes

Pay Range: $25 - $35 per hour
