Job summary

Carelinks ABA LLC in Greenfield, IA is seeking registered behavior technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and clinics, using naturalistic, child-led approaches and data collection.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or availability to complete 14 day training.
• Must pass a background check.
• Consistent availability Monday-Friday preferred.
• Minimum of 15 direct billable service hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, community or clinic.
• Implement treatment and behavior plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Use play-based, naturalistic strategies to teach communication, social, life and academic skills.
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction using electronic systems.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings and required trainings.
• Communicate effectively with BCBAs, families and team members.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and client-centered approach.
• Support a safe, engaging and positive therapeutic environment.

$20 - $25 an hour
