Behavioral Health Works is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children in California. The role emphasizes data collection, family collaboration, and ongoing skill development in a supportive team environment.

The position offers part-time hours (10–15 hours/week) with scheduling after 3 PM and potential for growth as you stay engaged with diverse cases across client homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Provide in-home & community-based ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Track client progress during sessions and document outcomes.
• Must have reliable transportation to client sites.
• Active RBT or college coursework/degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to clients.
• Track and record client progress during sessions.
• Communicate with families about progress and plans.
• Implement behavior support plans and ensure client safety.
