Job summary

ABS Kids in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians from entry-level to RBTs. Pay is $18.00-$24.00 per hour with a $500-$1000 bonus based on experience. Availability required 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience with children or adults with special needs
• Willingness to learn ABA techniques
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass on-the-job training

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child.
• Use ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, social and emotional skills.
• Get up and down off floor often, move quickly

Job Requirements

$500-$1000 bonus for candidates based on experience.

We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs. Speak with a recruiter today to see which suits your availability best!

Must have availability 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday.
