Job summary

ABS Kids in Utah is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time shifts. No experience? We will train you on the job and cover RBT certification costs. Shifts run Monday–Friday during the listed windows, with a $1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

Earn $18.50–$23.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. We'll guide you to build a rewarding career in behavioral health with kids who need your support.

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child using play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills, personal hygiene, daily living, potty training, and social and emotional skills.

Job Requirements

$1,000 bonus for current RBTs.

We have variable part-time shifts available for entry-level Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs.

Must have one of these availabilities, Monday - Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm, 9:00am-6:00pm, 12:00pm-7:00pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm, or 4:00pm-7:00pm.

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Tech savviness- learn our data collection software and use basic office software
