Job summary

ABS Kids in Temecula is seeking Behavior Technicians for the 3:00pm-7:00pm shift. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, collect progress data, and support families in client homes, with Monday–Friday availability.

Applicants who are bilingual in Spanish/English receive a $1.00/hour premium, and current RBTs may earn a $1,000 bonus. Paid training, on-the-job certification support, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience working with children or adults with special needs.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Make a difference in the life of a child and provide one-on-one ABA support.
• Use play, patience, and ABA therapy to teach real-life skills.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients and staff.
• Help the child develop essential life skills such as motor skills and daily living.
• Move to assist with activities and transitions as needed.

We are looking for Behavior Technicians up to seasoned RBTs for our 3:00pm-7:00pm shift. Must have availability 3:00pm-7:00pm, Monday-Friday.

• $20.00 - $24.50 / hour

You Have

• 6+ months of experience working with children (any setting) or adults with special needs - make sure this is on your resume or application!
• A heart for helping kids
• A calm, steady presence
• Eagerness and energy to play
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and other locations
• Tech savviness - learn our data collection software and use basic office software
• Fluent in Spanish and English strongly preferred
