Job summary

Empowering Minds ABA Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to join our team in Merrimack, NH. You will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child’s home.
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.

About the Role

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
