Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a part-time Behavior Therapist to provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in home or community settings. You will implement goals under BCBA supervision and track progress while maintaining confidentiality and strong teamwork.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, reliability, and ability to travel to multiple assignments.

Qualifications

• Proficient interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
• Able to work independently in home/community settings.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social skills, and other targeted goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Adhere to company policies and protect patient confidentiality
• Coordinate with management and staff to ensure effective teamwork
• Work independently while communicating with the team as needed
• Other duties as assigned
