Job summary

Behavioral Concepts (BCI) is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children with autism, delivering ABA therapy one-on-one. Training is provided, with clear paths for progression within a collaborative team.

Schedules run Monday–Friday, with options 8am–12pm or 3pm–7pm. The role emphasizes real impact, ongoing support, and opportunities for professional and personal growth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation.

As a Behavior Technician you'll work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.
