Job summary

Total Education Solutions (TES) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our Behavior team in the Greater Sacramento area for a full-time Pre-RBT / RBT role. You will provide direct care to clients in clinic, school, or home settings and support ABA-based interventions under supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED
• Background check required (FBI/DOJ)
• TB test required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to clients in a clinic, school, and/or home setting
• Learn specialized behavior approaches and implement behavioral strategies under supervision
• Support clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Improve students' communication, social, play, motor, self-help, school readiness, and self-management skills
• Maintain progress records and follow behavior plan
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to implement interventions
