Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis–driven therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. The role involves 1:1 therapy, implementing treatment goals under BCBA supervision, tracking progress, and communicating outcomes to supervisors.

Current needs are Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays, San Ysidro area and surrounding cities, with potential medical benefits for those

Qualifications

Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation and insurance
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
Track client progress and program data
Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Current availability needs: Monday - Friday (some Saturdays)

between the hours of 8:00am - 1:30pm (2-5 hrs/day)

Cities include: San Ysidro & surrounding cities

Responsibilities
