Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for evenings in Nuevo, CA. The role involves delivering ABA-based, 1:1 therapy to youth in home or community settings, under supervision of a BCBA.

Availability Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–8:30pm (2–5 hours/day) with a pathway to potential benefits for qualifying employees. Responsibilities include implementing programs, tracking progress, and maintaining confidentiality while collaborating with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to the supervisor.
• Teach communication, self-help, social skills and other targeted goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to company policies and protect patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred
• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation and insurance
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
• Strong ability to use problem solving and critical thinking skills at all times
