Responsibilities

• Implement skill acquisition & behavior reduction programs as designed by BCBAs
• Engage in developmentally appropriate play with clients
• Collect accurate daily data
• Collaborate with the clinical team
• Create a fun and enriched environment for clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the therapy area
• Follow company policies and perform administrative duties
• Promote CCBS mission and foster team spirit
• Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation; able to drive up to 40 miles daily
• Availability from 3:30PM-6:30PM, Monday-Friday
• Physical ability to perform job tasks
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Clear TB test
• Completed immunizations

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• RBT certification (training provided)
• Experience with children, especially those with developmental delays or disorders
