Behavior Frontiers is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and communities. You will teach communication, play, and independence while reducing challenging behaviors under supervision.
You will collect data with our software to guide real-time decisions and work with families and BCBAs to track progress. Applicants should have some college credits or be currently enrolled, be at least 18, and pass background checks and health screenings.
Pay Rate:$20.00-$24.00 DOE
