Job Description

Comprehensive Early Autism Services (CEAS) provides in-home therapy for young children with autism, based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.

We are seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children aged 2-8 in a highly individualized environment. All sessions are conducted in the client's home. Responsibilities include:

  • Working across skill areas such as communication, motor skills, self-help, and pre-academic skills.
  • Integrating families into therapy sessions.
  • Data collection and analysis for decision-making.
  • Learning and applying strategies to teach children with developmental delays.
  • Participating in team meetings and coordination.
  • Traveling within the Chicagoland area to client homes.

Requirements
  • Must have a car and be willing to travel within Chicago and surrounding suburbs; part-time and full-time hours available.
