Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, delivering ABA-based activities and helping them develop communication, play, and decision-making skills.

No experience is required; training provided. Afternoon shifts, Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–8:00pm, 15–20 hours/week, with additional pay for weekends and holidays. Service areas include Santa Barbara, Goleta, and Carpinteria.

Compensation And Incentives

• $21-$25/hour depending on experience and education
• Monday to Friday, afternoons (2:00pm – 8:00pm), 15-20 hours/week
• Additional pay for weekend (+$2/hour) and holiday shifts (+$5/hour)

• Matching with clients near your home, with mileage reimbursement for distant first clients
