Merakey in MT PLEASANT, PA seeks a Behavior Technician to join our program. No prior experience required as paid training is provided; this role is suitable for paraprofessionals, RBTs, or personal care aides.

The position offers a full school day schedule, Monday through Friday, with compensation at $18.50 USD per hour. Work involves data collection, behavioral interventions, and collaboration with families and the care team to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work full day 8:15 am – 3:15 pm Monday – Friday.
• 3–6 months of experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely data collection and documentation.
• Provide behavioral interventions as needed and assist with daily living activities.
• Monitor client performance and record progress data.
• Collaborate with families and team for continuity of care.
• Implement client behavior plans and reinforcement systems.
