The Position (full and part-time schedules available)

As a FirstSteps Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Teach children diagnosed with autism meaningful skills including communication, socialization, self-care, and school readiness
  • Experience milestones like first words, first friends, and first shoe ties
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, BCBAs, and behavioral health specialists
  • Become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with all initial credentialing fees paid by FirstSteps, in conjunction with our paid training program

Our team members earn between $21 and $23 per hour on average, with eligibility for multiple wage increases throughout the year.
