Total Spectrum, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence.

No prior experience required; paid training provided. You’ll join a collaborative team, receive benefits, paid training, growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling with PTO. Must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work one-on-one with children and families.
• Reliable transportation and eligibility to work in the U.S.
