Total Spectrum, LLC is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism, using ABA therapy and play to build communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience required; paid training provided.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate starting at $20 and up, based on ABA experience and training, along with benefits, PTO after 90 days for full-time, sick leave for part-time, and clear opportunities for growth within LEARN Behavioral.

Qualifications

• RBT required before working with clients (Illinois, Indiana, Nevada, North Carolina).
• RBT required within 90 days of hire in Northern California, Maryland, New Mexico, Virginia.
• RBT required for candidates without a bachelor’s degree in Massachusetts, New Hampshire.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to build communication, confidence, and independence.
• Support families and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
