Responsibilities:

• Assist children in developing social skills, communication, and managing behaviors

• Implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts

Qualifications:

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years old
• Completion of coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or one year of relevant experience (e.g., Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician)
