Job summary

Wisconsin Early Autism Project is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA therapy to build communication, confidence, and independence. No prior experience is required, and paid training is provided.

You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to measurable progress and genuine impact in families’ lives. Earn at least $17 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities, including paid training in ABA therapy, PTO, sick leave, and loan assistance

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and above on first day of employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to help children learn, grow and gain independence.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with WEAP's values.
• Support career development and build a foundation for future work in behavior analysis.
