Wisconsin Early Autism Project is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism using ABA therapy. In this role, you’ll build communication, confidence, and independence while receiving paid training.

Offer includes a competitive hourly rate starting at $17+, Grubhub+ membership, paid training, and growth opportunities. Full-time and part-time options with generous PTO after 90 days are available.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old on your first day.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children learn, grow, and gain independence.
• Track progress and follow personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive team aligned with WEAP's values.
• Build a strong foundation for careers in behavior analysis and related fields.
• Create positive, lasting change for children and families.
